Microsoft Rolls Out Dynamics CRM 4.0 Worldwide02.02.2008 02:17 Computers Microsoft on Thursday announced the global release of the latest version of its customer relationship management software for business.
The software features enhanced tools that allow sales and marketing professionals to segment customers, plan and execute campaigns, track accounts, analyze trends and share information with colleagues. Dynamics CRM 4.0 is now available eight languages, including English, French, German, Spanish, and simplified Chinese, according to Microsoft. The company plans to make the software available in seventeen additional languages, including Polish, Arabic, and traditional Chinese, in the coming weeks. Early adopters of Dynamics CRM 4.0 include international construction and engineering giant CH2M HILL.
